The release of superstar Dr Vishnuvaradhan film ‘School Master’ after his demise has taken a good opening all over Karnataka in 72 centers with the help of 26 prints and via satellite screening. There was traffic jam for hours in front of the very busy Triveni theatre in Bangalore that screened ‘School Master’. The fans went crazy in some other parts of Karnataka even as the hoardings of Dr Vishnuvaradhan were not erected properly. The tickets sale started very early in the morning, even at %am in some places.

Inside the theatres the fans turned very emotional and expressed aloud their appreciations for some emotional touching scenes. Scenes like where Thara hands over a cup of coffee to Dr Vishnu and Devaraj Vishnu says ‘this is my last cup of coffee’ plus the songs and dialogues lie ‘Yee Lokavella Guruvu Badhukina artha nodi Munnade (This world go on teaching us, learn the meaning of life and live) Jananuvu Maayeyu Maranavu Maayeyu (birth and death is mystery) the opening dialogues salute to my detractors and friends, the child actor saying there is no death for ‘Master’, Dr Vishnu as ‘Master’ saying over telephone to Avinash character ‘Please don’t call my child who is dead as ‘Body’ plus the last sentence in the court hall ‘God Bless all of You’ by Dr Vishnu almost had the fans in tears.

The first half is well measured for family audience and second half in which Dr Vishnuvaradhan takes on ‘Kalari Payattu’ martial art to kills six persons who are responsible for his child’s death in a cool temperament is a treat for fans to watch.
